It was freezing our first two games but the girls did awesome! Tied the first game and lost by two the second game. To see the girls play so good it was like winning to the families. We were all so proud. Here are some pics of Kaylee and Team...

Only pictures can describe it!
Chase on a climbing toy.. Notice Chase's evil grin and the child running away screaming. I am not sure who that kid is.. |
After the movie, we had to rush to the soccer field for the second game. It seemed a little colder and the wind had picked up speed. We were playing on turf, so the ball was sailing as if it were on ice every time the girls kicked it. The girls played good and hard but came up two short. They played so good and have improved so much and again, I was amazed!
We all loaded back into the car to head back to the hotel. Our rockin soccer momma planned all meals and gives a total at the end. Port of Subs for Lunch and Olive Garden for Dinner.. It was yummy and nice. We had an early game the next day so we went to bed early.
The next day was wonderful. The sky was blue and no wind.. In fact I would like to say it was sweatshirt weather! Jamie took care of his soccer moms and stopped at Starbucks to give them coffee. (he is such a kiss up... I don't drink coffee so I settled with a bottle of water and a donut from the local donut shop) Finally off to the field. And boy did the girls give us a great show. They did wonderful and won 1-0. We took 3rd overall in the tournament and had a great time doing it.
After all was said and done, we promised the kids to IN and OUT all weekend.. so off we went....

The kids all got t-shirts... Thanks to Emily.. Her mom got her one, so we all followed suit.. The burgers were yummy and so were the fries!!
We all loaded up and headed home..

We blasted home in sevenish hours... The trip home was much of the same, gas, musical seats, and Cooper crying.... Jamie and I could not figure out why these kids would not sleep.. I finally put two and two together and decided that we feed them way to much sugar....
Below is my favorite part of the trip... it only took 200 miles into the trip home to happen....
Gas, Sugar, and Soccer......and the dream lives on!
