Holy Cow Batman....

Wowza... Where does our time go?  Now that school is finished... Yes you all heard me right, school is finished, I am determined to continue to post my adventures for friends and family.

I finished school October 31st with a 3.95 GPA (no that is not a type-o) in Masters of Health Care Administration.  No I don't have a new job but YES I would like to advance within St. Luke's Children's Hospital.

Jamie is gearing up for the holiday season at the store.  We both took this week off to catch up on such much needed time together since I started school.  We should be cleaning out the garage, but instead we find ourselves watching Grey's Anatomy back seasons. ..

Kaylee is enjoying 8th grade at Lake Hazel Middle... She gets up early and goes to bed early and completes her homework without being asked.  Kinda Nice.  She just finished Fall soccer and boy has she gotten tough..

Chase is in 6th grade at Sienna and doing well.  The teachers love him and he was voted class Representative.  Jamie and I are so proud of him.

Last is Cooper..
He is doing well in first grade and is one of the top readers.. who would of thought the preemie had brains??

Hope all is well....

I am BACKKKKK!

As you noticed, I took myself a little summer vacation.  Really it wasn't a vacation, it was a whirlwind of running savages here and there.  Finding sitters for Cooper, hitting the back to school sales, and continuing my Masters program on line.
Today at work my friend Jen asked me when the last time I blogged... that's when I decieded I better get going again.
Kaylee attended two church camps this summer.  Had fun hanging with several girlfriends, babysitting and shopping.  She did tell me this was her best summer EVER...
Chasers attended YMCA camp with his buddy Ryan and was gone for a whole week... Then he attended a day performing arts camp for two weeks.  He is currently down at gramps working on the farm.
Coop dawg is coop dawg.  He has played with his buddies Lizzy and McKayla.  He also was babysat by another Kaylee in our subdivision.  He remains very spoiled... we are still working on that.
Jamie has been working hard during back to school times at Office Depot... we have gotten away once to Stanley to volunteer for the Sawtooth Relay.
Myself you might ask??? Work, School, meeting with a mentor, work, school, kids, husband etc. etc.. I will be finally finished with school October 30th.  That day can't come soon enough.  I think my family and friends can't wait either.  My poor family and friends have had to take a back seat while I have finished.
Well... I am back in the groove.....

The Premie is now 6!!

A couple of hours after he was born

On the ventilator because his lungs were immature

Me visiting Cooper

Wow! Where does the time go?  It seriously only feels like yesterday that the ambulance had to come pick me up because I was bleeding.  Cooper, you scared your momma and daddy bad!  Kaylee and Chase had to go stay at the neighbors while daddy and I went in the ambulance to the hospital.  Once we got to the hospital Dr. Hodges decided it was a good idea that you were to be born NOW... You were only 32 4/7 weeks, which ment you would have to stay in the NICU for a few weeks.  I was alittle scared, but I knew my friends would take good care of you!  Dr. Zieba came in from home to be with you when you were born.  Abby and Roz Kean came in too to make sure you were okay.  Mandy was your first nurse and a cute one at that. You were born quick because I had a c-section.  Dr. Hodges and Dr. West did not mess around... in fact they saved your life!  You were born at 0015 on May 21st.  You were 4lbs and 9oz.  You were so cute and daddy and I were so happy you were okay and in good hands.  You had to be on CPAP and on the ventilator to help your lungs.  But you were a quick learner and was out of the NICU in two weeks flat.  I had to beg to go home. You had to take caffeine to remember to breath and wore a mointer that alarmed if you stopped breathing.  The alarm was loud and scared daddy all the time!  You have grown into a handsome young man.  Even though you are a challenge most of the time, I love you with all my heart.  You make me laugh until I cry, you melt my heart when you still want me to cuddle with you, and you are so convincing with those long eyelashes and gorgeous eyes.  Cooper you are a blessing and I am so proud and happy to be your momma.

Love you forever and ever Momma

I now have a teenager!

Seriously.. where does time go??? It feels like yesterday I had Kaylee.  She was so cute.. (and still is).. I was in labor for about 16 hours.. with no epidural (yeah).  I could not believe I had become a mom.  It was surreal.  Kaylee was a very easy baby.  I don't even remember her having a hard time sleeping at night... I do remember after having her driving down the street thinking.. Do I look like a mom? Do they know I am a mom.  We had lots of fun times.. We lived at 1910 Bob's Dr. in Boise. (right by M&W market).  When Kaylee was six months old, we moved to Nampa in a house we had built.  Kaylee had fun reading books and playing with teletubbies.... Remember those?  Her favorite shows were Sesame Street and anything on PBS.

Kaylee.. you have turned into such an awesome teenager.  I am so blessed to have a daughter like you.  Even though we might not see eye to eye.. I will always love you.  You make your dad and I so proud.  You are a wonderful big sister.  Chase and Cooper are so lucky to have you... Thank you for giving us joy everyday with your laughter and smile.

Love you forever..
momma
Ps.. I will add pic's later.. they are on daddy's computer :)

You know your a mom when......

1.  Nobody seems to know who did it....
2.  It is always your fault the soccer uniform is not clean....
3.  your kid pukes everywhere at midnight.. at the washer broke three hours earlier
4.  You pull off the side of the road to let your boys and their friends pee
5.  You go to take a shower and someone has built an entire Lego town in your shower..
6.  You sit on your shower seat and crush three Lego men in their car...
7. You have to clean up the tsunami from the tub.. refer to 1.
8. Your bedroom has turned into a studio apartment with three extra room mates
9.  You feel like your not only in a Masters program but also repeating Kindergarten, 7th and 5th grades
10.....your wallet feels like a loan that never gets paid back....

To my Kaylee, Chase, and Cooper....
I love you and are so proud of you....
Love, momma

To the market ..To the market... To buy a fat pig

Finally.. a Saturday off and guess what???? NO SOCCER (for us anyway).  Kaylee left bright and early this am for Pasco, WA to play a couple of teams.  Sad story is that Kaylee is injured, so I would not even let her pack her cleats! ( I know I know.. mean Momma).  I just got off the phone with her and she is at Panda Express eating dinner.. Her favorite joint to eat at...

Jamie had to work, so I took this opportunity to bond with the little men of the family.. Chase, Coop, and I got up and out the door by 0930 and headed to Boise.. for the Farmers Market.  They have really expanded it this year... We had a ball.. I bought asparagus, salad mix (all organic of course), a homemade apple pie (from Buhl), Blue Cheese dip, chips from the Chippery, and a few odds and ends for the Boys.  It was a blast and hope to take Jamie and Kaylee the next time we are all free on a Saturday (ha ha).

The boys and I then hit the mall to pick up some much needed summer clothes. Shorts and shirts. The usual. (Have I ever mentioned I love shopping with boys more so than girls?)  We then headed to Daddy's store so I could produce education materials for work.  I could so work in the copy, print shop at Office Depot!

Then it was HOME AGAIN HOME AGAIN JIGGITY JIG.....

Love spending time with my little men!! love you Chase and Coopy
ps I would have posted pictures but Kaylee took my Camera to Washington

A day with Harlan!

Today I had Harlan... I had big plans for me to spoil him.. but let's just say sleep got in the way. (Who knew he liked to sleep as much as his auntie does?)  He did get pampered though... he had breakfast outside, then took a few swings on the baby swing.. a relaxing nap with auntie..then ate lunch and laid around without a care in the world till his cousins returned from school.  We did have plans to swim while Chase was working out at the Y, but.. auntie forgot the diaper bag a home.. :(  maybe next time H...  You are growing up little man....
Love your auntie,
Nickole

The Oneida's are a well oiled machine!!

What a crazy Saturday!!! Not only did I have to work, so did Jamie... and of course I figure this out.. well Friday morning!! I had to put my mommy thinking cap on.  Kaylee had a soccer game and needed to be at the field by 230, Chase needed to be at his dog sitting gig by noon.. which left Cooper alone.  It does not take a Sudoku expert to get that this was no bueno...  I am fortunate to have a POOL of moms to call and lean on.  Jamie was able to get Chase to his gig, Kaylee caught a ride with the soccer car pool moms and Cooper was able to go play with my friend Chris and her two kids Jackson and Mckenna..  They went to the NICU employee egg hunt and had a blast.
I was able to get off at three and made it to Kaylee's game before the end of the first half.  The second half proved to be exciting... Kaylee scored!! The parents were laughing at me more than we were cheering for Kaylee ( I was the crazy soccer mom jumping up and down screaming with excitement).  I was sooo proud of her. (Stinks Jamie missed it.. yes he was jealous! but he would have been embarrassed with my screaming!)
After the game we rushed to Chris's house to pick up Cooper and Chase. ( she picked up Chase for me after his gig).  The kids were bouncing all over the house.. I had to get them out of there before the broke anything.  I treated the kids to RED ROBIN and TCBY.. We all had a great time.. I ended my evening watching GLEE A THON with Kaylee.. She is not impressed I know all the songs they sing and that I feel I can sing louder and better than the actors.. Thanks to everyone that helped us get to where we needed to be today... We are a well oiled machine @ 3597 S. Capulet Way!!

good night,
Nickole

Seven things you did not know about me....

I know most of you are thinking.. Really Nickole, you are an open book... I know everything about you.  Truth is I am an open book.. but there are at least seven things you may not know about me.....

7. I will wear my yoga pants until they are in shreds.. Yes they are older than Cooper and have holes in places there should not be holes.. but I love 'em and they are comfy.  I am sure there is a day soon that Jamie is going to throw them away when he is doing the wash.

6. Ketchup... I heart Ketchup... On eggs ( a trick Grandpa Baughman taught me) chicken, any meat for that matter.  You name it .. everything tastes good with Ketchup.

5. I don't like to have someone breathing on me... including Jamie.. I hate the feeling of someones CO2 blowing into my face or neck or wherever for that matter.  I usually tell Jamie to roll over.. he gets a joy out of that one.

4.  I hate to hang my feet off the end of the bed.. Just in case my dad lied and there is a monster underneath the bed.  No really this is the truth.. I keep all hands and feet in the bed at all times... I know call me crazy..

3. I am the NOT ME.. who leaves the empty milk jug in the fridge.. shhh don't tell Jamie...

2. I am OCD when it comes to setting my alarm clock.. I usually check it once, make Jamie check it.. then get up and check to make sure Jamie checked it right..

And the # 1 thing you did not know about me is........

1. sometimes when everyone is asleep, I lay awake and make note of what I am thankful for .....and if I am really ambitious.. I write it in my blog....
Nighty Nite.

Don't be Jealous

What a crazy day.  If you did not see me, I was the mom in the red durango going to work by six am, worked on a power point presentation, had a quick meeting x2, ran to Meridian to get Chase out of school, back to Boise to present my power point while Chase sat in the hospital library to do homework, then off to clinic for Chase's Yeah program.. 2.5 hours later we were on our way home to send Kaylee off to soccer practice, scoop up Cooper and run to Freddy's for dinner items and veggies... whew....I typed all that in one breath...
It has been yet another crazy day for the Oneida's.  But it always ends up good.. all of us home safe and sound and with each other...
I created this blog so when my kids grow they can read my posts and laugh and smile....Hopefully I have done a good job at that...
I am thankful for a wonderful husband that sat and listen to me talk on and on about my crazy day,
I am thankful for my Kaylee who as a big sister makes sure the boys are up and out the door in time for school on days mommy and daddy have to be to work early.
I am thankful for Chase who makes me laugh so hard that people look at us like we are crazy.
I am thankful for Cooper who teaches me patience every day and acts so innocent when I tell him he is going to live with Grandpa Easterday.
The Oneida's are so blessed to have such wonderful people in our lives...
Thank you!

Gas, Sugar, and Soccer!

I thought you would all like to know the outcome of our weekend in Reno.... (I act as if people really read this besides my sisters).  I am trying to remember where I left off.... Oh yeah we got to Reno!!!  Now that we are home it is hard to remember the "FUN" time Jamie and I had in the car with the boys.  Actually if we would have left Cooper home it would have been perfect.  Chase and Ryan get along so well, but we all know the third wheel stories.... I guess next time I could bring a friend with Cooper...RIGHT.. ..
It was freezing our first two games but the girls did awesome! Tied the first game and lost by two the second game.  To see the girls play so good it was like winning to the families.  We were all so proud.  Here are some pics of Kaylee and Team...
Go BNSC Napoli

Kaylee #6

Kaylee!!
I really wish I got a picture of all the parents bundled up to show you all.  I kept warm by walking the sidelines and cheering on the team.  Are you wondering what the boys did during this time?
Only pictures can describe it!
Chase on a climbing toy.. Notice Chase's evil grin and the child running away screaming.  I am not sure who that kid is..

Is these pictures not the funniest?  The wind was blowing just right so Chase's jacket was flyin away like it was a cape.  His face is hilarious too.  My favorite picture is the one above where the kid is running away screaming.. Finally I caught something funny on film!   After the first game Jamie and I decided to take Ryan and Abby (another sibling of a player) to the movies.  I mean why should all of us be miserable with the kids staying back at the hotel.  It was a nice break for the kids and the movie was soooo. good.  It was Diary of a Wimpy Kid.  The kids were quite the entire time and no one except me had to go to the bathroom during the movie.  It was nice to get two hours of quite.  It was as if we did not have two extra kids!!!  This movie is a great family movie, so go see it if you get a chance!
After the movie, we had to rush to the soccer field for the second game.  It seemed a little colder and the wind had picked up speed.  We were playing on turf, so the ball was sailing as if it were on ice every time the girls kicked it.  The girls played good and hard but came up two short.  They played so good and have improved so much and again, I was amazed!
We all loaded back into the car to head back to the hotel.  Our rockin soccer momma planned all meals and gives a total at the end.  Port of Subs for Lunch and Olive Garden for Dinner.. It was yummy and nice.  We had an early game the next day so we went to bed early.
The next day was wonderful.  The sky was blue and no wind.. In fact I would like to say it was sweatshirt weather! Jamie took care of his soccer moms and stopped at Starbucks to give them coffee. (he is such a kiss up... I don't drink coffee so I settled with a bottle of water and a donut from the local donut shop) Finally off to the field. And boy did the girls give us a great show.  They did wonderful and won 1-0.  We took 3rd overall in the tournament and had a great time doing it.
After all was said and done, we promised the kids to IN and OUT all weekend.. so off we went....

Megan and Ryan

The kids all got t-shirts... Thanks to Emily.. Her mom got her one, so we all followed suit.. The burgers were yummy and so were the fries!!
We all loaded up and headed home..

Cooper being Cooper

Soccer mom and dad---boarder line crazy folk

We blasted home in sevenish hours... The trip home was much of the same, gas, musical seats, and Cooper crying.... Jamie and I could not figure out why these kids would not sleep.. I finally put two and two together and decided that we feed them way to much sugar....

Below is my favorite part of the trip... it only took 200 miles into the trip home to happen....
Gas, Sugar, and Soccer......and the dream lives on!

Reno or Bust.....

As mentioned earlier, Kaylee Dawn is our little soccer player.  We play with Boise Nationals Soccer Club (can you give me a hoot hoot) and love it.  This weekend we are in Reno for a tournament. Last time we left Chase at home when we headed to Jackson Hole for tournament.  This time I had made arrangements for Cooper to stay behind in Boise with Auntie Kelli and Uncle Luke and little H.  Jamie seemed to be glad at first, but the closer we got to leaving for Reno, the more he felt guilty... so we decided to take him with.  Chase's good friend Ryan, who also has a sister that plays on Kaylee's team, was going to the tournament too.  So.. in all our wisdom as parents we gave Kaylee to Ryan's mom (so she could ride down with 2 of her teammates) and we took Ryan.  I mean really after two boys what is one more... Now I know you are thinking... poor Nickole she is out numbered 4 boys (this includes Jamie) and just her...I actually had a partner in crime... her name is Garmin... I am sure many have you have met her... ( I hear she gets around).. She is my little helper when we go on road trips.
We left our house alittle after nine.  By 1000 Cooper asks the famous question of any road trip, "Are we there yet?"  -- I look over to Jamie and thought.. we had to bring him...
To make a 450 mile story short... it wasn't that bad... It did get rowdy and smelly (Chase had gas)... but all in all it was good.  Ryan busted out some tunes and had me rolling... Cooper whined and cried (again..why did we bring him) and Chase... had gas......They did not sleep...played musical seats.. and had gas.. (BOYS!)  Luckily Garmin and I pulled it together and got everyone to Reno safe! We have our first game at 1115am.. It was 45 degrees when we arrived today at 430pm... (that should give you an idea of what we are facing this weekend)...
I know life gets crazy and I want to kill my kids PRN.. but sometimes I just sit back and realize all the memories I am making for them and their friends...What would my post be if I did not have kids???
PS.. 100 miles into the trip Jamie said we are nevering bringing Cooper again...If Jamie only listened to me like he listens to Garmin...

Chase's Yeah Program...

Today Chase and I had a busy morning.  As mentioned in prior posts, Chase takes part in a program known as YEAH.  http://www.vvdailypress.com/articles/idaho-18909-care-obesity.html .  We attend fitness class once a week at our local YMCA and nutrition class every other week.  Nutrition class rocks and Chase and I have learned many new tricks.  Here is some pictures of Chase playing Iron Chef with his buddies.

Ymm Turkey Wrap!

This morning Chase and I rolled our butts out of bed to do our first 5K together.  We were both excited but I don't think Chase realized how far a 5K was.  We met his YEAH group at Julia Davis park at 0915.

Chase's number

It was nice and chilly, but Chase and I were ready to make the trek...

Chase and his Yeah crew..

And we finished

Although we did not come in first, we finished and it was a wonderful bonding moment with Chase.  He told me some facts about history and also tried to convert 5K into miles.  By the time he figured it out, we had crossed the finish line!  Our time was one hour.  It wasn't fast, but it was memorable.  I was part of Chase becoming healthy and doing his first 5K.  I am so grateful for such a wonderful program.  Chase loves it!!!
I am so proud of you Chase and all you accomplish!!! Love you!

His Nutritionist Stacy and Fitness Coach Marla

Ps... after looking over the results... Chase and I both came in 5th in our age division....

Don't Hate the Player.... Hate the Game

What a whirlwind day... up at 0700 to get Harlan.. back home for a couple hours ... then off to Dr. G's office for Kaylee... Just as she suspected.. another sinus infection..off to Walgreen's to get abx filled.. Kaylee insisted we go to Kohl's to look for new skinny jeans.  What a shopper she is, we went to ring out our purchases and her pants were missed marked and we got them for 2.99.  wowza..By this time Harlan is poopy and hungry.  After a quick change alittle bit of a bottle he is off to snozzy land.  Kaylee and I picked up lunch for ourselves and Jamie, ran it to Jamie's store... sent a fax, picked up some work that Stacy at print shop did.. Then finally home.. ahhhh.  Kaylee, Harlan and myself settled in for a long winter nap.. well sort of.. The boys got home from school an hour later.  Chase and I loaded up Harlan and drove him to his daddy's work.. by this time it is 5pm..As I am pulling out of the parking garage.. well... I pulled out in front of a Toyota four runner... needless to say he laid on the horn ..LOUD AND CLEAR... Chase's starts laughing telling me don't look now he thinks the guy is going to flip me off.  Chase and I continue to laugh and rush to the Y for Chase's workout... What a day.. and I wonder why I am so tired.... To the man in the four runner... Don't hate the Player... Hate the game.....

Hitting the GYM....

For the past three weeks I have been going back to the gym.  I had purchased trainer sessions for Kaylee to train during the off season of soccer.  She whined and moaned, but I forced her to go.  Now that spring soccer has started, momma blogger has taken over the sessions.  It has been hard and sore.  My trainer is Brenda.  She is short and cute and boy can she kick my buttocks.  The first two weeks I could not walk right.  I would tell my coworkers if they heard a bathroom alarm go off to come and rescue me because I couldn't get off the toilet.  Today we worked shoulders and they were burning like crazy by the time I left.  Tomorrow I plan on getting up to workout early then go into work.  Five years ago I did this 4-5 times a week.. then I tore my ACL... now I am older and much more tired, so hopefully I can get my rear in gear and accomplish some goals!  If you are looking of a gym check out http://www.idahoathleticclub.com/clubs/silverstone.cfm
I will post some workout pics soon ... and maybe sneak in some pics of the trainer... (dang her)

My life is like Roseanne Conners

Recently I noticed the show Roseanne is running re-runs.... The more I watch, the more I notice this is my life!!! Although they had two girls and one boy, I feel there is a resemblance.  What do you think?

I mean it screams Oneida's... I enjoy my not so perfect life...I did not get married and have wonderful children to impress people... I got married and had wonderful children to teach them to laugh and to make others laugh.  Our life is crazy... but is our crazy... from the birds and the bees talk at Sunday dinner to the dryer stopping and me making a make shift clothesline out back.. we might act white trash... but it is all done in love and laughter....
Take time to let loose and laugh ..those are the memories that will not be forgotten....
with love,
momma blogger

Jen saves my Bacon for three Eggs

Happy March 1st!!!
Today started out wonderful! Woke up, took a shower, got dressed for a meeting...then I hear it....from down the hall.  It starts as a whimper... then gets louder as it approaches the stairs.. by the time it is at the stairs.. it is a full on cry... Then I hear the dreaded words... Momma... I don't feel good.... GRRRR.  it is my little Cooper complaining of aches and pains... He has tears so it is hard not to believe him.. The thoughts go rushing through my head.. WHAT AM I GOING TO DO???? I can't miss this meeting.. I know.. I will drop him off with Jamie for an hour... I quickly call Jamie who explains he has a home delivery for work and is unable to help.. GREAT... what now.. I know I can sucker Kaylee into staying home first period.. I mean what 7th grader would want to go to school on time?? WRONG.. Tears are now coming from Kaylee and Cooper.  I hear Chase say.. I will stay home... (he just stayed home a week from being ill).. Now the panic sets in.... I quickly run through a list of girlfriends in my head.. who is up at 0700?  AHA.. my girlfriend Jen.....  Some of you might have appreciated her work.. she takes my family photos.(http://jenniferphotographyonline.com/blog/). including the white trash shots!!
Although she was just waking up.,.. she returned my text.. she will watch the devil..aka Cooper... In return, I just need to bring three eggs... IT'S DEAL... I get Cooper dressed and get him to her house.. On the way there I realize that I think I have been had by a con artist.... Jen later confirms this via text during my meeting.  Luckily Jen gave him.. "The police are going to arrest your mom if you don't go to school"  ... he responds.. I don't need to go to school..I don't need to get smart because my mom is smart.  While I am flattered he thinks this.... he drove me insane all day.. I am just trying to find what about parenthood is rewarding.. .... But he does make me melt when he cuddles and says he loves me and just wanted some alone time with me.... my GRR turned to AHHHH...
Momma and her Minons!!!

Thanks for helping me Jen.... it was totally worth all three eggs!!!

What would your craigslist Ad read

As I was driving to work early this am, I was thinking of all the events that occurred yesterday that made me want to sell my kids on craigslist..... Would I be honest in hopes someone would want to rehabilitate them..or sugar coat their personalities... just to get them off my hands....

GIVEAWAY to a good home...
Three wild savages all potty trained but do not respond well to firm direction.   Often whine, whimper and feel that they are being picked on.  Fight when it is time for ....homework, to do chores, to shower, to go to bed, to go to school, or whenever they feel like it.
Please be prepared for screaming, yelling, hitting and a lot of MOOOOOMMMMMM.. to come your way.
Must have a bottomless money pit... they require mall trips, Lego's, Nerf guns, make up, movies, but they mostly like to blow money like it is going out of style...
I don't answer to spam so please text or email if you would like to take a look at these rotten kids....

What would your craigslist say????

Crossing our fingers for good health this week!!

Chase had the flu the entire week last week, which made it miserable for ... well me... It seems like the popsicles have paid off and he is feeling better.  Today he started in on his pile of homework.... I think he have maybe gotten smarter while he was sick...just sayin'... he was converting feet into inches like nobodys buisness...

Saturday the kids and I were able to spend sometime with a very special family of mine that I met at work!!  We met at Just Kiddin' Around and a fun time.  They let you come in and out as much as you want.  We left for a while to grab a bite to eat at Red Robin then back to play.  Gina and I were so tired and all we did was watch kids play... oh and talked... maybe that is why we are so tired.  Cooper loved playing with the girls.. and I think he might just have a crush on someone......  He is a ladies man you know....

Until next time........keep bloggin'

Momma's got talent!!!!!

I decided to try my hand at 'Re-Doing" furniture.  I bought this cute cabinet at Antique Mall in Boise for $80. It was painted a gross color gray and has brass handles.  I love the handles.. just not the color.  The best part of this piece is that it is on casters so it will roll.  The drawers can fit all my papers!! Hurray.  I know that is alittle much, but it was love at first first sight.  I think Jamie thinks I am crazy, which I problely am because when will I find the time to do this?

So with a little TLC, this is my final project!!! I did paint it RED and spay painted the handles black.... I love it.... When did I find the time?  When the kids were sick and asleep... I am super excited about it!  Next is a desk I bought in Oregon with my girlfriend Jen.  More to come.......

Changes At the Oneida's House

As another week ends, I sit and wonder what all we have done this week.  One major change is a new activity for Chase.. (who is turning 11 tomorrow @ 0934).. Chase was recently accepted into the YEAH program http://www.vvdailypress.com/articles/idaho-18909-care-obesity.html .  As a family we are very excited about this new venture!!! Last we started with a physical assessment at the local YMCA.  Tuesday we had a wonderful nutrition class and tonight another workout.  Parents are encouraged to be involved, so Jamie and I went with Chase, met new parents and got a workout out in to.  YEAH is program that helps fight the childhood obesity war.  We can't wait till our next class...
Chase had his first job interview today.  He is going to be dog sitting for a friend of a friend.  He will be babysitting 4 Yorke's... Lucy, Lilly, Snickers, and Peanut.  He is very excited to have a first job.  He would always get upset when Kaylee had babysitting jobs and he had nothin'.
Here is to another crazy week come and gone!! Tomorrow we will celebrate Chase... my little man is growing up...
