The Premie is now 6!!

A couple of hours after he was born

On the ventilator because his lungs were immature

Me visiting Cooper

Wow! Where does the time go?  It seriously only feels like yesterday that the ambulance had to come pick me up because I was bleeding.  Cooper, you scared your momma and daddy bad!  Kaylee and Chase had to go stay at the neighbors while daddy and I went in the ambulance to the hospital.  Once we got to the hospital Dr. Hodges decided it was a good idea that you were to be born NOW... You were only 32 4/7 weeks, which ment you would have to stay in the NICU for a few weeks.  I was alittle scared, but I knew my friends would take good care of you!  Dr. Zieba came in from home to be with you when you were born.  Abby and Roz Kean came in too to make sure you were okay.  Mandy was your first nurse and a cute one at that. You were born quick because I had a c-section.  Dr. Hodges and Dr. West did not mess around... in fact they saved your life!  You were born at 0015 on May 21st.  You were 4lbs and 9oz.  You were so cute and daddy and I were so happy you were okay and in good hands.  You had to be on CPAP and on the ventilator to help your lungs.  But you were a quick learner and was out of the NICU in two weeks flat.  I had to beg to go home. You had to take caffeine to remember to breath and wore a mointer that alarmed if you stopped breathing.  The alarm was loud and scared daddy all the time!  You have grown into a handsome young man.  Even though you are a challenge most of the time, I love you with all my heart.  You make me laugh until I cry, you melt my heart when you still want me to cuddle with you, and you are so convincing with those long eyelashes and gorgeous eyes.  Cooper you are a blessing and I am so proud and happy to be your momma.

Love you forever and ever Momma

I now have a teenager!

Seriously.. where does time go??? It feels like yesterday I had Kaylee.  She was so cute.. (and still is).. I was in labor for about 16 hours.. with no epidural (yeah).  I could not believe I had become a mom.  It was surreal.  Kaylee was a very easy baby.  I don't even remember her having a hard time sleeping at night... I do remember after having her driving down the street thinking.. Do I look like a mom? Do they know I am a mom.  We had lots of fun times.. We lived at 1910 Bob's Dr. in Boise. (right by M&W market).  When Kaylee was six months old, we moved to Nampa in a house we had built.  Kaylee had fun reading books and playing with teletubbies.... Remember those?  Her favorite shows were Sesame Street and anything on PBS.

Kaylee.. you have turned into such an awesome teenager.  I am so blessed to have a daughter like you.  Even though we might not see eye to eye.. I will always love you.  You make your dad and I so proud.  You are a wonderful big sister.  Chase and Cooper are so lucky to have you... Thank you for giving us joy everyday with your laughter and smile.

Love you forever..
momma
Ps.. I will add pic's later.. they are on daddy's computer :)

You know your a mom when......

1.  Nobody seems to know who did it....
2.  It is always your fault the soccer uniform is not clean....
3.  your kid pukes everywhere at midnight.. at the washer broke three hours earlier
4.  You pull off the side of the road to let your boys and their friends pee
5.  You go to take a shower and someone has built an entire Lego town in your shower..
6.  You sit on your shower seat and crush three Lego men in their car...
7. You have to clean up the tsunami from the tub.. refer to 1.
8. Your bedroom has turned into a studio apartment with three extra room mates
9.  You feel like your not only in a Masters program but also repeating Kindergarten, 7th and 5th grades
10.....your wallet feels like a loan that never gets paid back....

To my Kaylee, Chase, and Cooper....
I love you and are so proud of you....
Love, momma

To the market ..To the market... To buy a fat pig

Finally.. a Saturday off and guess what???? NO SOCCER (for us anyway).  Kaylee left bright and early this am for Pasco, WA to play a couple of teams.  Sad story is that Kaylee is injured, so I would not even let her pack her cleats! ( I know I know.. mean Momma).  I just got off the phone with her and she is at Panda Express eating dinner.. Her favorite joint to eat at...

Jamie had to work, so I took this opportunity to bond with the little men of the family.. Chase, Coop, and I got up and out the door by 0930 and headed to Boise.. for the Farmers Market.  They have really expanded it this year... We had a ball.. I bought asparagus, salad mix (all organic of course), a homemade apple pie (from Buhl), Blue Cheese dip, chips from the Chippery, and a few odds and ends for the Boys.  It was a blast and hope to take Jamie and Kaylee the next time we are all free on a Saturday (ha ha).

The boys and I then hit the mall to pick up some much needed summer clothes. Shorts and shirts. The usual. (Have I ever mentioned I love shopping with boys more so than girls?)  We then headed to Daddy's store so I could produce education materials for work.  I could so work in the copy, print shop at Office Depot!

Then it was HOME AGAIN HOME AGAIN JIGGITY JIG.....

Love spending time with my little men!! love you Chase and Coopy
ps I would have posted pictures but Kaylee took my Camera to Washington

A day with Harlan!

Today I had Harlan... I had big plans for me to spoil him.. but let's just say sleep got in the way. (Who knew he liked to sleep as much as his auntie does?)  He did get pampered though... he had breakfast outside, then took a few swings on the baby swing.. a relaxing nap with auntie..then ate lunch and laid around without a care in the world till his cousins returned from school.  We did have plans to swim while Chase was working out at the Y, but.. auntie forgot the diaper bag a home.. :(  maybe next time H...  You are growing up little man....
Love your auntie,
Nickole
